Yes! We provide complimentary pickup and drop-off from most hotels in Stone Town and major beach resorts. For remote locations, we can arrange pickup for an additional fee. Just let us know your accommodation when booking.

Bring sunscreen, hat, comfortable walking shoes, swimwear (for water activities), and a camera. We provide snorkeling gear and life jackets. For safaris, bring binoculars, warm clothing for early mornings, and a power bank for your camera.

Absolutely! We can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, halal, and other dietary requirements. Please inform us about any allergies or restrictions when booking so we can prepare accordingly. Our local restaurants are experienced with various dietary needs.

We offer flexible cancellation: Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the tour for weather-related issues. For other cancellations, we provide full refund if cancelled 48+ hours in advance, 50% refund for 24-48 hours, no refund for same-day cancellations.
